Paris is just as charming as I imagined it to be. One of our favorite layovers when travelling to Europe.

Stay

Courtesy Hôtel Lutetia

Where we stay makes or breaks our trip. Yes, we’re those types of travellers. And in Paris, Hotel Lutetia is a gem. Stunning design, fantastic service, and great location (in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, around the corner from Hermès and a few blocks away from Le Bon Marché—my favorite place to splurge!).

Achta topped with pistachios at Bachir
  • Bachir: The best Lebanese ice cream! Order the achta flavor topped with pistachios and thank me later.
  • Il Gelato Del Marchese: Exceptional homemade gelato

Visit

  • Le Bon Marché: The oldest and most iconic department store in Paris—love shopping here.
  • La Grande Épicerie de Paris: This grocery store is a food lover’s dream. Grab a basket and fill it up with goodies to enjoy as you watch the sunset at the Eiffel Tower.
  • Place des Vosges: The best square for a stroll & to soak up the Parisian vibe
  • The Seine: Take a stroll along the Seine river
  • Jardin des Tuileries: Beautiful park for a stroll, in between the Louvre and the Place de la Concorde
  • Champ de Mars: Great spot for a picnic with a view of the Eiffel Tower
